Galeria nad Jeziorem shopping centre with the Breem In-Use certificate

Breem assessment system has been working in Great Britain for more than 20 years. Certificates of sustainable building are the mark of global changes and modern policy of global development, aimed at limiting energy consumption and reduction of greenhouse gases. This policy has been developing for years in the countries of European Union. At present the idea of sustainable development enters Poland as well. The Breem In-Use certificate is awarded to existing facilities which meet restrictive requirements in environmental and social terms. The assessment consists of several factors, including: energy efficiency of the building, the way of waste management, restricting emission of pollutants, accessibility in terms of transport or facilities for guests and employees. Galeria nad Jeziorem has been granted the Breem In-Use certificate at the “Very good” level. We are ECOresponsible!
